Danish doctor warns: Vegan food may lead to mental retardation

Chief physician Allan M. Lund at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen warns that vegan food can have severe consequences, such as epilepsy and ultimately developmental disorders.

In Denmark, there is now a debate about the suitability of an increasing number of families giving their children only vegan food. Critics are opposed to scrapping all animal products in small children’s diet.

The problem is that poor food, which for example requires the addition of vitamin B12, can have serious consequences for children. And as a result several children on a vegan diet have been treated at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen.

“Such a diet may involve developing different brain symptoms. With muscle weakness, poor contact and epilepsy. And in the long term mental retardation”, says chief physician Allan M. Lund to TV4.

According to Lund, one should not completely remove meat, eggs and dairy products from small children’s diet without first consulting with a dietician.

In addition to developmental disorders, it can also cause nutritional deficiencies.

Britain’s First 5G Court Case and the People Won

Mark Steele, a 5G campaigner, has been highlighting the dangers of a secret 5G rollout by Gateshead Council where residents are complaining of increased illness and Cancer in the affected area. There’s enough evidence to conclude the new smart 5G arrays on the top of new LED lampposts emit Class 1 Radiation frequencies and should be treated as a danger to the Public. Gateshead Council ignorantly rebutted clear evidence and created false allegations on social media posts and printed leaflets stating that Mark Steele is spreading Pseudo Science and that the arrays are not dangerous or 5G:

“Please be assured that there is no scientific basis or credible evidence for any of these scare stories about street lights causing cancer and other illnesses.”

They misused Police Powers to gag Mark Steele and yesterday he left a free man and Gateshead Council to fork out £11k of taxpayers money to cover the court cost amounting to woeful ignorance. In Court,  none of the Council Officers could explain what 5G is; and their leading Government expert refused to attend the Court hearing. In conclusion, the Judge refused to gag Mark, stating:

“The public have a right to know.”

The secret 5G rollout issue in Gateshead is now officially of public interest and will be treated as a landmark case for other people to start using this Court’s ruling to challenge their Councils. We know Surrey, Westminster and Luton all have these toxic Microwave EMF arrays installed on their new LED streetlights. We now know even if these arrays are currently 2G, 3G or 4G they can be 5G enabled by fitting a ‘lens’ that ‘focuses’ the frequency.

The Judge declared Mark Steele as a credible expert and engineer on EMF and GSM technologies, which proves Gateshead Council are liable for corruption, misleading the public, making people ill and attempting to discredit Mark Steele and all others such as Smombie Gate fighting 5G rollouts.

Councils are struggling at the moment, over 50% are almost bankrupt because over half of their resources are being spent on the increase of Adult Social Care, so any supplier proposal with the promise of more revenue is irresistible.

Smart City companies are going into Councils with amazing futuristic presentations detailing the first step, which is to install the 5G infrastructure, i.e. the lampposts on streets and motorways.

The benefits will be 24/7 Police surveillance that sees through walls; smart road signs; 4k live streaming on the move; driverless vehicles and public transport; mobile virtual reality; mobile augmented reality; and a fast connection for Elon Musk’s new brain implant called the Neuralink giving people the Internet inside their mind. All these features are all a wet dream for Councils who will be the first ones to become Smart Counties because they will be able to increase taxes and the local economy in theory will thrive.

In reality, scientific evidence is mounting across the planet that EMF, RF, 3G, 4G, 5G, WiFI and WiGIG is causing Cancer, killing bees, driving out wildlife and lowering peoples quality of life. All because big business says it’s good for the people, and they’re continuing to mislead us all of the dangers of continuous use in close proximity and on the skin, let alone what 5G really is, which is an effective battlefield weapon.

We know that Gateshead isn’t the only Council who is misleading the public on the 5G rollout and it’s seemingly been going on for a few years. Luton, Surrey and Westminster are next along with all Councils that have installed these arrays that are being installed by particular companies (we’ll leave you to do your own work on how you think these companies are!). 

Who is paying for these 5G rollouts? Who’s given consent on behalf of the People? Who has done research to prove the new infrastructure’s safety?

As usual, these important issues are being rubbished by the media and beneficiaries to big business. But they’ll soon see our wrath, as we now this ruling. All Hell is going to break loose in Great Britain and we’re going to take the fight to them. We will NOT be silenced, and you will not wilfully poison our bodies and our families bodies with Class 1 radiation – WE DO NOT CONSENT.

Teaching children to grow their own food greatly reduces obesity, study finds

(Natural News) Teaching children the basics of gardening and food production may stem childhood obesity, according to a recent study published in the Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior. To carry out the study, a team of researchers from the University of California, Davis examined more than 400 children aged nine to 10 years old at four schools in California. The children were stratified into two groups: one that received gardening lessons, and the control group.

The study was conducted under the Shaping Healthy Choices Programme, which instructed children to grow and harvest their own vegetables. The produce were then used in cooking demonstrations or were taken home. The school canteens were also instructed to use produce grown from the gardens, which were then featured in newsletters that were sent home to the children’s families.

According to the study, children who enrolled in a gardening class were more likely to shed pounds within a year. The research team also found that schools with gardening classes had lower proportion of obese students. The researchers inferred that gardening lessons may help curb obesity in children by teaching them about healthy foods such as fresh vegetables.

“The BMI and waist-to-height ratio were greatly improved in intervention groups, with the overweight or obese population declining from 55.6 to 37.8 percent at the Northern California intervention school. The dramatic decrease in BMI, although unexpected in this short time frame, demonstrated that the SHCP was effective due to positive health messages and reinforcing nutrition concepts throughout the school and home environments,” said lead author Dr Rachel Scherr in Daily Mail.

Studies show the importance of gardening against childhood obesity

A 2013 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine revealed that a community gardening initiative resulted in a significant decrease in obesity rates among low-income Hispanic American children. The intervention, called Growing Healthy Kids Program, involved a weekly gardening session, a seven-week cooking and nutrition workshop, and social events for both children and parents. As part of the study, the researchers assessed pre- and post-program height and weight data from 95 children aged two to 15 years.

The research team found that 17 percent of overweight and obese children attained significant improvements in BMI classification. The study also revealed that 100 percent of children with a normal BMI at the start of the study were able to maintain their weight after the initiative. In addition, the availability of fresh fruits and vegetables grew by 146 percent following the gardening program. Furthermore, the researchers noted an increase in the children’s fruit and vegetable consumption.

“Findings from this pilot study are consistent with previous studies reporting an increase in availability and consumption of fruits and vegetables among families participating in community gardens. Although there are limitations because this is a pilot study, this strategy seems to be promising for addressing childhood obesity, particularly among low-income Latino immigrant families,” the researchers wrote.

In another study, researchers found that lack of access to gardens may increase the odds of childhood obesity. To carry out the study, a team of researchers from the VU UniversityMedical Centre, Amsterdam, the Netherlands pooled data from the Millennium Cohort Study with a total cohort population of 19,000 children. The research team found that children who did not have an access to gardens between the ages five and seven years were 38 percent more likely to become obese by age seven. Living in a disadvantaged neighborhood and having a lower educated household were also found to raise the odds of childhood obesity. The researchers also noted that children belonging to higher educated households living in disadvantaged neighborhood were still at an increased risk of childhood obesity.

The findings were presented at the annual meeting of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes.

Daring to speak out about the real facts on fluoride will get you stamped as a “crazy conspiracy theorist,” just like questioning vaccine safety or talking about the dangers of glyphosate will get you a fast-pass to being labeled “anti-science.”

The fraud of fluoride

First and foremost, fluoride is not an essential nutrient. Humans do not, and never will, need fluoride to be healthy. In fact, quite the opposite is true: Fluoride is a highly toxic substance. That’s why there is a poison warning on toothpaste and other fluoride-containing products.

As Fluoride Action Network explains,  fluoride has historically been used as a pesticide — and that’s why consuming too much fluoride in one sitting can lead to serious poisoning, and even death. But the dangers of fluoride don’t end with the acute. Long-term, there are many other negative side effects to be had.

Dental fluorosis and skeletal fluorosis are the two most obvious forms of harm. Experts have noted that by the time fluoride has been deposited in bone tissue, it is very likely that other forms of less detectable damage have taken place. For example, studies have shown chronic fluoride consumption can lead to arthritic pain and an increased risk of fractures — even before skeletal fluorosis has set in.

There are also substantial concerns about the effects lifetime fluoride consumption may have on the brain and thyroid. Multiple studies have shown that fluoride consumption can cause brain damage and lower IQ in children.

Water fluoridation should be a crime

Roughly 20 years ago, a union representing scientists and toxicologists from the EPA reportedly stated,”[W]e hold that water fluoridation is an unreasonable risk.”

The union has, in the past, testified that water fluoridation has been linked to “cancer, genetic damage, neurological impairment and bone pathology.”

A 2012 tudy piloted by Harvard Medical School found that water fluoridation was linked to lower IQs and adversely effected cognitive development in children.

Senior study author Philippe Grandjean commented on the findings. “Fluoride seems to fit in with lead, mercury, and other poisons that cause chemical brain drain [emphasis added]. The effect of each toxicant may seem small, but the combined damage on a population scale can be serious, especially because the brain power of the next generation is crucial to all of us,” he stated.

In 2015, Grandjean and his team published follow-up research, which examined the effects of consistent lifetime water fluoridation in first grade children. And again, the findings confirmed their suspicions about the neurotoxicity of fluoride. The researchers concluded again that their data “supports the notion that fluoride in drinking water may produce developmental neurotoxicity.”

The evidence of harm is clear — yet nothing is being done to roll back water fluoridation efforts. The danger is real folks; water fluoridation is nothing more than a scheme to dumb down the masses and make people sick. In reality, water fluoridation is a crime; it’s not just a form of mass medication, but rather, mass poisoning. There is no reason for this toxic substance to be added to public water supplies. (Natural News) Who doesn’t look forward to the weekend? For some people, it can motivate them to get through the week – be it from school or at work. The weekend is short, and – understandably – you want to make the most out of it. However, there are some habits to avoid during the weekend.

  1. Going all out at the gym – According to Scott Weiss, a physical therapist and trainer in New York, working out intensely on the weekends to make up for the lost time on the weekdays can result in serious muscle soreness and potential injuries. However, if the weekend is the only available schedule for exercising, Weiss suggests that instead of going all out, it would be better if a person takes time to warm up thoroughly, stretch, and exercise moderately.   2. Rarely getting up from the couch – Being a couch potato over the weekend is one of the things you should avoid doing. This results in a bad platform for health in the following week. In addition, sitting on the couch all day results in stress on the lower back, tightens the hip flexors, changes posture, and causes stagnation of blood, veins, lymph flow, and digestion.
  3. Running errands the entire weekend – According to Moe Gelbart, a psychologist from Torrance Memorial Medical Center in California, spending the entire weekend running errands can result in a work-life imbalance. In turn, this can make you feel burned out. Learn to prioritize what is needed to be done first. “Categorize things according to ‘essential,’ ‘not essential,’ and ‘in the middle,’ to decide what can wait and what’s an immediate need,” said Gelbart.
  4. Stressing out on Sunday thinking about Monday – Dreading for Monday during the weekend can remove the fun out of your day off. According to Gelbart, being stressed out every Sunday can result in irritability and can negatively affect your health and your relationship with the people around you.
  5. Working during the weekend – Even a little bit of work like checking on emails during the weekend can easily turn into a lot of work. Set a limit of 30 minutes maximum if you really have to check your emails. Working during the weekend can affect your relationships with your friends and family, making them feel unappreciated and ignored.

What to do during the weekend?

Now that you know what not to do during the weekend, here are some tips on how to make the most out of it.

  1. Plan ahead – Make plans during the week on what you aim to do at the weekend. If you do not have plans, you will more likely end up doing nothing instead. However, planning ahead does not mean there is no room for spontaneous activities.
  2. Spend time with your friends – Everyone is busy with their own lives; however, it is still important to catch up with your friends. Make an effort to arrange a meet-up with them.
  3. Spend time outdoors – Get a little bit of exercise and fresh air to make you feel energized by simply taking a walk, run, or hike.
  4. Treat yourself – It is important to remember that you should also treat yourself. Being constantly surrounded by people and activities can be fun but also tiring. Allow yourself to indulge in a book, listen to some music, or just chill out.
  5. Find a new hobby – Your job may be forcing you to do the same old things during the week. During the weekend, you can break these routines. One way is to find a new hobby that you could enjoy doing by yourself.

One wireless control grid to rule them all

First, two quotes to give a bit of background.

5G speed, for people who must download a whole season of their favorite show in two seconds:

“It’s the next (fifth) generation of cellular technology which promises to greatly enhance the speed, coverage and responsiveness of wireless networks. How fast are we talking about? Think 10 to 100 times speedier than your typical cellular connection, and even faster than anything you can get with a physical fiber-optic cable going into your house. (You’ll be able to download a season’s worth of ‘Stranger Things’ in seconds.)” [CNET.com]

Lunatic 5G installation of small transmitters packed close together every few hundred feet:

“The next big thing in cellular technology, 5G, will bring lightning-fast wireless Internet — and thousands of antenna-topped poles to many neighborhoods where cell towers have long been banned.”

“Wireless companies are asking Congress and state lawmakers to make it easier to install the poles by preempting local zoning laws that often restrict them, particularly near homes. The lobbying efforts have alarmed local officials across the country. They say they need to ensure that their communities do not end up with unsightly poles cluttering sidewalks, roadsides and the edges of front yards.”

“They also are hearing from residents worried about possible long-term health risks. Until now, much of the cell equipment that emits radio-frequency energy has been housed on large towers typically kept hundreds of feet from homes [also harmful to health]. The new ‘small cell’ technology uses far more antennas and transmitters that are smaller and lower-powered, but clustered closer together and lower to the ground.” [The Washington Post]

I keep hammering on this 5G issue, because it contains the blueprint of a future only elite madmen want.

For the rest of us, it’s a catastrophe in the making.

I’ve covered the extreme health dangers of 5G in another article. Here, I want to flesh out the hidden agenda.

A few decades ago, a movement was started to create an interconnected power grid for the whole planet. We were told this would be the only way to avoid wasting huge amounts of electricity and, voila, bring all nations and all people into a modern 21st century.

But now, it’s a different story, a classic bait and switch. The bait was the promise of One Grid for all. The switch is what 5G will bring us:

100 billion or more NEW devices online, all connected to the Internet and the Cloud. What could be more wasteful? What could be more ridiculous? This is the opposite of sane energy use.

Who really cares whether his 5G-connected refrigerator keeps track of the food items inside it and orders new items when the supply dwindles? Who has to have a 5G driverless car that takes him to work? Who must have a 5G stove that senses what is being cooked and sets the temperature for four minutes? Who lives and who dies if a washing machine doesn’t measure how much soap is stored inside and doesn’t order new soap? Who is demanding a hundred devices in his home that spy on him and record his actions?

With 5G, the ultimate goal is: every device in every home that uses energy will be “its own computer,” and the planetary grid will connect ALL these devices to a monitoring and regulating Energy Authority.

As Patrick Wood details in his classic, Technocracy Rising, that worldwide Energy Authority was the dream of the men who launched the Technocracy movement, in America, in the 1930s.

They set out the key requirements—which weren’t technically possible then, but are quite doable now: continuous real-time measuring of both energy production and energy use from one end of the planet to the other…

So that both energy production and energy consumption could be controlled. “For the good of all,” of course.

5G is the technology for making this happen.

“We’re promising a stunning long-range future of ‘automatic homes’, where everything is done for you. But really, that’s the cover story. Ultimately, we want to be able to measure every unit of energy used by every device in every home—and through AI, regulate how much energy we will let every individual consume, moment to moment. We control energy. We are the energy masters. If you want to run and operate and dominate the world, you control its energy.”

Terms and projects like smart grid, smart meters, sustainability, Agenda 21, smart cities, climate change—all this is Technocratic planning and justification for Rule through Energy.

The beginning of an actual rational plan for energy would start this way: DUMP 5G. Dump the whole plan of installing small transmitter-cells on buildings and homes and trees and lampposts and fences all over the planet. Forget it. Don’t bring 100 billion new devices online. Aside from the extreme health dangers, it’s ridiculously expensive. It’s on the order of saying we need thousand-foot robots standing on sidewalks washing the windows of office buildings.

If some movie star wants to install 30 generators on his property and have engineers build him an automatic home, where he can sit back, flip a switch, and have three androids carry him into his bathtub and wash him and dry him, fine. But planning a smart city? Who voted for that? Who gave informed consent? Nobody.

A global Energy Authority, of course, is going to decide that a small African country needs to be given much more energy, while Germany or France or the US will have to sacrifice energy for the cause of social justice. But this is yet another con, because you won’t see government cleaning up the contaminated water supplies of that small African country, or installing modern sanitation, or curtailing the forced movement of populations into poverty-stricken cities, or reclaiming vast farm land stolen by mega-corporations and giving that land back to local farmers.

The whole hidden purpose of an Energy Authority is control.

And because the Authority is Globalist and Technocratic, it aims to lower energy use in industrial nations and help wreck their economies, making it much easier to move in and take over those countries.

Having said all this, there are gaps in our knowledge about 5G. For example, who in his right mind would propose a wireless system that relies on many, many, many cells/transmitters placed closely to each other, all over the world?

This system would be far more vulnerable to physical disruption than the present 4G.

You can find many articles that claim the US military must have 5G for their most advanced planes—and for their developing AI-controlled weapons. How does that work? Where will all the transmitter/cells be placed on the ground and in the air?? Something is missing here. Is there another version of 5G we’re not being told about? Is geoengineering of the atmosphere the means for tuning up space so 5G signals can be passed along without cells/transmitters?

Part of the US obsession to bring 5G online quickly stems from competition with China, which at the moment is in the lead on developing and exporting the technology. “If China has it, we have to have it sooner and better.” This attitude sidesteps the issue of why we must have 5G in the first place.

And now there are reports that the US government is considering a plan to build the whole 5G network itself—rather than leaving the job to corporations. Of course, a few favored companies (like Google) would be chosen by the government in a non-bid situation to provide VERY significant help. If such a plan were to launch, we would have a very tight club at the top of the communications and energy pyramid. And that club would maximize 5G to expand already-saturated surveillance of populations.

Wouldn’t you—if you had nothing better to do than control the world?

Study: Getting Off Facebook For Just 5 Days Reduces Stress Levels

Avoiding social media decreases cortisol

A new study has found that taking a break from Facebook for just five days reduces the level of the stress hormone cortisol.

Researchers in Australia asked 138 participants to give up Facebook for five days or continue to use Facebook as normal. General well-being and salivary cortisol were measured before and after the test period.

“Relative to those in the Facebook Normal condition, those in the No Facebook condition experienced lower levels of cortisol” after avoiding Facebook, according to the study.

“Our results suggest that the typical Facebook user may occasionally find the large amount of social information available taxing, and Facebook vacations could ameliorate this stress—at least in the short-term,” the authors state.

As I document in the video below, even top Facebook executives now admit that social media is incredibly harmful and is literally “programming” its users.

Social media works by rewarding the brain’s dopamine centers similar to smoking, drinking alcohol and gambling, meaning entire generations of young people are being turned into addicts.

Social media also causes depression because users see their friend’s ‘highlights reel’ and then judge their own lives as being boring in comparison.

Other research suggests that social media use is shortening attention spans and causing the infantilization of people’s brains.

Millennials’ coping mechanisms for dealing with stress have become so eroded that they turn to social media and narcissism in an attempt to ameliorate tension.

This only results in constant distraction and disruption, making concentration more difficult and harming long term memory.
