A worldwide corporate plantation of serfs indebted to global government

The end result of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) passed by a traitorous Congress will be to reduce America to a third world wasteland on par with Mexico where the median household income is $4,500.

The idea behind the so-called trade agreement is to replace and expand NAFTA, the North American Free Trade Agreement passed by the supposed liberal president Bill Clinton.

“NAFTA was supposed to create 200,000 new jobs through increased exports to Mexico but, by 2010, growing trade deficits with Mexico had eliminated 682,900 U.S. jobs, with job losses in every U.S. state and congressional district,” write Robert E. Scott for the Economic Policy Institute. Continue reading TPP Endgame: Turn America into a Third World Wasteland

What Cuba can teach America about organic farming

Many people in America are proponents of the organic food movement, and worried about the potentially harmful effects of pesticides on their health or the environment. In Cuba, farmers have gone organic for a very different reason – they had to. In this final instalment of our series “The Cuban Evoltion” Jeffrey Brown looks at food and farming.

Report: Guns Used 199X More Often to Stop Crime Than to Kill

Number of times guns used to stop crime greatly overshadows their misuse by criminals

A gun control group claims 12,558 people were shot and killed in 2014, but since guns are used to stop an estimated 2.5 million crimes a year, that means guns are used 199 times more often to prevent crime than to kill, as journalist Kit Daniels explains.

TPP Passes: Obama Now A Dictator

Foundation of global government cemented with passage of secretive bill

One of the most devastating blows to US sovereignty since the country’s founding was dealt today as the Senate handed President Obama his Trans-Pacific Partnership victory.

Despite massive opposition from the American people, Tea Party Republicans and a majority of Democrats, Obama was granted fast-track authority by a 60-38 vote.

Sections of the TPP published by Wikileaks have revealed the treaty’s vast influence over multiple areas including individual rights, internet freedom and even the rule of law itself. Unelected corporate boards and the President can now wield unprecedented control over almost every aspect of human activity.

“If you read, write, publish, think, listen, dance, sing or invent; if you farm or consume food; if you’re ill now or might one day be ill, the TPP has you in its crosshairs,” Wikileaks’ Julian Assange wrote.

Secret TPP chapters regarding immigration also grant President Obama an even greater ability to erode the country’s Southern border.

“Obama will be able to finalize all three of the Obamatrade deals, without any Congressional input…” notes Breitbart.

The TPP, which covers 12 countries and more than 40% of the world’s economy, will place North America under the same global government structure as the European Union, where laws are increasingly crafted outside of public influence.

School administrators testify to Congress on ‘unintended consequences’ of the law

Children are creating their own black markets to trade and sell salt due to First Lady Michelle Obama’s school lunch rules.

During a hearing before the House Subcommittee on Early Childhood, Elementary, and Secondary Education, chaired by Rep. Todd Rokita (R., Ind.), a school administrator told Congress of the “unintended consequences” of the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act.

“Perhaps the most colorful example in my district is that students have been caught bringing–and even selling–salt, pepper, and sugar in school to add taste to perceived bland and tasteless cafeteria food,” said John S. Payne, the president of Blackford County School Board of Trustees in Hartford City, Indiana. Continue reading Kids Create Salt Black Markets in Cafeterias Due to Michelle Obama’s Lunch Rules

Complaints to the New Plymouth District Council about people selling homemade hangi are rising.

Selling homemade hangi without a licence could soon land people with a $450 fine.

The online sale of hangi and other food items has caused an influx of complaints to the New Plymouth District Council recently.

The council’s manager of regulatory services Mary-Anne Priest said phone calls about Facebook pages being used to sell homemade food, and in particular hangi, were growing.

“The staff here have said they’ve handled more complaints about food recently than ever before. People are seeing food for sale on websites and ringing the council to see if it’s ok,” Priest said. Continue reading New food act will see unlicensed online sellers fined
